Fuel & Energy Programs


Fuel Assistance Program
This program helps income eligible individuals lower the high cost of their energy bills. NSCAP operates the area’s Fuel Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and administers the Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program.
Energy Conservation Programs
These programs are designed to help income eligible clients save on their heating, cooling and electric bills.
