Ready To Work

“Ready to Work” is a free job-readiness program for out-of-work and underemployed residents of Peabody, Salem, Beverly, and Danvers. “Ready to Work” will help low-income participants acquire the skills they need to get and keep a job in this tough economy.

The six-week program provides intensive job-readiness coaching, including help with resume writing and interview techniques. Participants will develop the computer skills needed to search for and apply for jobs. Coaches will help participants assess their skills, identify a career path, and build the financial foundation for success.

Each session runs Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 50 Main Street, in Peabody.

Participants must register in advance.
